Public Relations Department in Maria Theresa Hospital is responsible for implementation of hospital policies, patient satisfaction monitoring, marketing programs and support the administration in operational matters of the hospital. Our department is not only does it helps the hospital organization achieve its socio- economic goals but also helps in patient’s wellbeing/speedy recovery as a member in multidisciplinary team. Our staffs listen to patient’s complaints / suggestions and make appropriate solutions and decisions as early as possible.
Public relations department help the management to keep in touch with public, actively solicit both employee opinion and make management aware of the effects various decisions will have on employee. Public relation department is responsible for community relations, hospital publications, media relations, special events and support for fundraising. Our department Participate in community affairs that have bearing on the wellbeing of the hospital. Public relations department also support the management for environmental sanitation, cleanliness and physical comforts provided to patients which create good impression.
