Neonatology

The department of Neonatology in Maria Theresa Hospital includes both outpatient and inpatient departments which handle most complex and high risk situation facing new born babies with the support of 6 bedded level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Our dedicated Neonatology ward is designed in a very child friendly atmosphere. Our team includes highly experienced Paediatricians, Neonatologists, Intensivist and Nurses. As we follow a multidisciplinary in approach, we provide high-quality treatment to patients and ensure specialised care for new-borns and children. All new-born babies are screened for hearing to diagnose any potential hearing problems.
