Our well-equipped Haemodialysis unit in Maria Theresa Hospital is functioning with the support of the CSR initiative by Joy Alukkas Foundation since 2015. In haemodialysis, an artificial kidney (hemodialyzer) is used to remove waste and extra chemicals and fluid from blood. These processes are carried out by qualified technicians and nurses under the guidance of Nephrologist. Our department is functioning from 6 am to 6 pm with 10 dialysis machines that provide safe dialysis services to the patients with end-stage of renal diseases.
