Admission & Counselling Desk in Maria Theresa Hospital is allowing and facilitating a patient to stay in the hospital ward / room for observation, investigation, and treatment of the disease he or she is suffering from. Admission desk is responsible to admit the patient in ward / room according to their condition. They assist the patient in admission procedure and obtain information about the client so as to provide assistance based on their requirements. Admission desk schedule the patients for arrival at hospital. Our counselling staffs also involve patient and family in care as a member of the multidisciplinary team. We assist proper discharge planning of care. Counselling desk provides the pre & post-surgery counselling which includes the admission and discharge plan, financial counselling and communication between patient and doctors. We follow a standard protocol for admission procedures to ensure high quality stay and care in our hospital.
